PAYMENTS:

  • You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking & PayPal. 
  • We also accept offline payments via check & direct bank deposit.
  • Cash on Delivery is available in Aizawl.
  • Credit card payments are captured only after verification of physical stock availability.
  • If the product is not in stock, we will contact you before capturing your payment. We will capture the payment only after your approval. 
  • All payments are set on manual capture mode. That means Payment shall be manually processed internally only after physical stock verification. 
  • We will refund the payment immediately if you do not want to back order in case of an out of stock item.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. 
  • Timing: we have a 3-days Return & Exchange Policy, from the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email stockpoint_aizawl@yahoo.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. 
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. 
  • Shipping and handling charges incurred by us may be deducted from refund amount.All complaints must be notified to us immediately within 3 days of delivery.
  • Order may be cancelled any time before actual shipping for existing stock.  Refund will be initiated within 24 hours after approval of cancellation. For back order items, order cannot be canceled once inward stock is indented.

ORDER PLACEMENT:

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.
  • If you want to back order any item, just place the order and we will arrange the stock.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • We can ship locally and internationally.
  • The system shows approximate shipping charges based on weight.
  • Actual shipping charges may vary and can be confirmed with us if needed.
  • Pick Up option at the shop is available for residents of Mizoram.
  • Shipping charges can be deducted in case of in shop Pick Up.
  • Free delivery is available for certain items.

INVENTORY:

  • We have ready stock of most items.
  • However certain items may not be in stock or may need customisation. Hence delivery for such items will imply additional transit time from factory or manufacturer.
  • If you are willing to wait, we can arrange all items listed on the catalogue.
